Polyethylene |
Polyethylene foam (LDPE) is a closed cell foam that comes in a variety of densities (cubic weight / pcf) and colors. Traditionally used for heavier units, this product allows you to use less foam and still achieve proper protection. With a common sheet size of 48" x 108", this allows you flexibility in designing with minimal waste. Polyethylene foam can be die cut, kiss cut and bonded to itself by using hot air (heat sealing) or hot melt glue. |

Polyethylene is 100% recyclable. All scrap is returned to the manufacturer, ground up returning to a pellet form, and reused in polyethylene products. No foam ends up in a landfill. |
